With a strong educational background, including a Master of Design from The Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Graphic Design from the University of Michigan, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles.

My Process

Discovery and Research:

Lead Product Designer, AllHere

(Contract) From Feb Aug 2023 to Present

AllHere is the award-winning developer of AI solutions, including Ed, a next-generation learning acceleration platform. Trusted by over 9,100 schools nationwide, AllHere assists students and families to navigate their educational journey and achieve success.

As the product design lead at AllHere, I am helping in the development of an innovative AI app called Ed, designed specifically for K-12 students. Our goal is to level the playing field for all students, irrespective of their backgrounds, and to help them improve attendance and succeed in class. Through Ed, we aim to provide personalized support and leverage learning resources to enhance grades and assessments for all students. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students, and I am excited to be part of this groundbreaking initiative.


Lead Product Designer, Mainstay

October 2021 From March 2024

Mainstay is a B2B SaaS product for student engagement. Its platform uses behaviorally intelligent chatbots (AI) to connect students with the support they need to get to college and excel while attending.

My goal was to ensure that college students, regardless of their social or economic backgrounds, had access to help and the ability to find the resources they needed to be successful throughout their collegiate academic journey and into their careers.


Head of Design, Kangarootime

From July 2018 to October 2021

In my role, I am responsible for gathering and managing team and external user feedback for design refinements. I lead the end-to-end design process for four new products, designing the user experience from the ground up.

By probing common and challenging usability problems, I gain a deeper understanding of user goals and behaviors while using our desktop and mobile applications. Serving in a lead capacity, I work with internal and external resources to explore multiple user-centered design concepts through whiteboard sessions, wireframes, and usability studies, continuously improving our product offerings based on end-user feedback. Additionally, I create and maintain Kangarootime's Design System, collaborating daily with a multidisciplinary team consisting of project managers, SMEs, stakeholders, and developers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.


Lead UI + UX Designer - ACCA Global

(Contract Short-term) From Feb 2018 to Present

As a lead member of the Digital Transformation team, I was tasked with elevating ACCA's digital presence across global markets to best-in-class standards. My role involved extensive user research and information gathering to understand both internal and external experiences. I planned and implemented transformation strategies based on insights from the Discovery phase of the project, using qualitative and quantitative data to engage stakeholders and inform UX decisions.

I adopted a customer-centered approach to design, creating detailed screen maps, user journeys, flows, and touchpoints to develop pixel-perfect designs. I established a comprehensive digital pattern library and collaborated with key stakeholders to align user needs with business goals. My work included conducting user testing to evaluate prototype effectiveness, performing market and competitor analysis, and developing personalization strategies to enhance user experiences. As a dedicated team player, I ensured that every design decision was informed by thorough research and aligned with the overall project objectives.

As a member of the Digital Solutions team, I was tasked with driving complete digital transformation across Clydesdale, B, and Yorkshire bank brands. My role focused on user interface design for mobile, tablet, and desktop applications, utilizing a mobile-first approach for web development. I conducted extensive user research and information gathering to understand both internal and external experiences, adopting a customer-centered approach to design.

I created wireframes that evolved into pixel-perfect designs and contributed to developing a pattern library for each of the three brands. Engaging with key stakeholders, I ensured that user needs were aligned with business goals, fostering a cohesive and effective design strategy across all digital platforms.


Lead UI+UX Designer - Soluis Technologies Ltd.

From Feb 2016 to Mar 2017

I led the UX/UI design team in creating websites, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Immersive Reality apps across various industries. I was responsible for designing all interfaces and user experiences, developing wireframes and user flows for iPhone, Android, tablets, desktop software, and Immersive Reality experiences. Additionally, I managed project budgets and timelines while overseeing junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

I specialize in transforming client requirements into creative courses, managing regular updates to training materials, and meeting with clients to understand their learning needs. By establishing a creative strategy that aligns with their learning objectives, I prepare detailed content and instructions for storyboarding. My process includes producing sketches, storyboards, roughs, mood boards, style guides, and wireframes to effectively communicate ideas to clients.

I generate Game User Interfaces (GUI) that meet the latest technology standards and utilize UI and UX principles to create user-focused designs tailored to the target audience. My role also involves conducting quality checks and user testing on completed e-Learning modules, developing engaging modules through animations and gaming technologies, and delivering innovative content ideas. Staying up-to-date with trends in User Interface, e-Learning, UX, and digital technologies, I manage project content to meet timelines and budgets, including website creation.

From July 2008 to June 2011

I created and maintained websites and branding for government-funded medical research groups on behalf of the National Institute of Health (NIH). This involved maintaining data via CMS and developing cohesive branding for medical research groups as well as in-house projects. Additionally, I have training experience instructing doctors across the US on how to navigate the sites and amend research data as needed, ensuring they are proficient in using the platforms to support their research activities.
