As the product design lead at AllHere, I am helping in the development of an innovative AI app called Ed, designed specifically for K-12 students. Our goal is to level the playing field for all students, irrespective of their backgrounds, and to help them improve attendance and succeed in class. Through Ed, we aim to provide personalized support and leverage learning resources to enhance grades and assessments for all students. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students, and I am excited to be part of this groundbreaking initiative.
Mainstay is a B2B SaaS product for student engagement. Its platform uses behaviorally intelligent chatbots (AI) to connect students with the support they need to get to college and excel while attending.
My goal was to ensure that college students, regardless of their social or economic backgrounds, had access to help and the ability to find the resources they needed to be successful throughout their collegiate academic journey and into their careers.
In my role, I am responsible for gathering and managing team and external user feedback for design refinements. I lead the end-to-end design process for four new products, designing the user experience from the ground up.
