GHI

Web Design / 2015

Project Details

GHI approached Juntion-18 to do a refresh of their existing website, which was outdated and did not demonstrate the luxury services they offered to their customers. The website needed to be a true representation of the company and a portfolio of their work. Additionally, the website needed to be able to be updated by the clients via a custom admin system.

My Role

After reviewing their current website, I went to work to breakdown what was and was not working in terms of the user experience on the site. With that knowledge I was able to approach the client with recommendations on how we might be able to improve the website. Gaining an understanding of the clients vision and purpose allowed me to begin the next step - wireframes. By creating wireframes I was able to present to the client an improved user experience which also highlighted their key projects and services. Once approved, these wireframes were turned into hi-def interactive mockups. The client was able to not only, see the vision of the website but test the website before development began. Happy with the design, I then coded the GHI website and built a backend on Umbraco.
