I’m Elizabeth LeCompte, a Lead Product Designer, UX Strategist, and systems thinker with a passion for transforming complex problems into beautifully intuitive solutions. With over a decade of experience spanning SaaS, EdTech, and FinTech, I’ve led product design at fast-paced startups and scaling organizations, bringing empathy, clarity, and strategy to every phase of the product lifecycle.
My work lives at the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior. Whether I’m architecting AI-powered workflows, designing gamified experiences, or building inclusive design systems, my goal is always the same: create digital products that feel personal, purposeful, and powerful.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between vision and execution, guiding product strategy from a user-centered perspective while collaborating closely with engineers, executives, and researchers. I’ve helped teams elevate design maturity, drive measurable impact, and navigate the evolving role of AI in user experience.
Outside of design, I mentor rising UX talent, write about design ethics and innovation, and speak at events on topics like AI UX design, accessibility, and building design systems that scale.
If you’re looking for a product design leader who blends heart with logic and innovation with integrity, you’re in the right place.
